We compiled the topics covered in the MPA Europe stakeholder engagement summer workshops in a useful FAQs document to be shared across all stakeholders and interested parties.
ClimAzul, one of MPA Europe’s partners, is carrying out online briefings on the project’s main goals and actions involving the European Regional Seas.
As the interest in the MPA Europe project continues to grow, a recent radio feature brought the project to the forefront of news in the Nordland region of northern Norway.

The European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Action SEA-UNICORN & International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) International Symposium on “Human Impacts on Marine Functional Connectivity” was held in Sesimbra, Portugal, on the 22-25 of May, 2023.
MPA Europe, will take centre stage at the workshop, “Strengthening ecosystem-based approach in MSP and supporting sustainable blue economy,” set to unfold in Helsinki from June 13th to 15th, 2023.
