The MPA Europe project attended ECOMONDO 2023 last week, the premier event in Europe for green and circular economy technologies and services. Held in Rimini from November 7-10, this international gathering served as a vibrant platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and experts committed to ecological transition.

The highlight of the project’s participation was the presentation by Thanos Smanis on “Planning the Marine Space for a Sustainable Blue Economy in the Mediterranean.” This session, titled “MSP platform, its support to MED Member States and regional initiatives considering the role of the European Blue Forum,” provided valuable insights to the audience with its forward-thinking approach.
