The conference will be held in person from the 9-12 July 2025 at the Scandic Havet hotel, in the city centre of Bodø, Norway.
The conference will start with the welcome reception on Wednesday 9th of July 2025, and will finish on Saturday 12th of July, having the conference dinner on Thursday 10th of July.

How to go there?
From the airport, it is possible to take bus number 1 or 2 towards “Bjørndalslia” or “Universitetet”, respectively. You will go to the stop called “Bodø sentrum”. From this bus stop, you will need to walk five minutes until you reach Scandic Havet Hotel. You will need to download in advance the app called “Reis Nordland” for buying the bus ticket, before boarding the bus.
A taxi from the airport to Scandic Havet Hotel will take around 6 minutes.
