Audience participation
Please do not speak during presentations and have your phone set on silent. If you must talk to somebody, please leave the room.
During question time only ask questions and keep them short to allow others time to also ask questions. Generally, only ask one question at a time.
Participant badges
Participant badges can be collected from the registration desk at the venue. Participants need to wear their badge during the different sessions of the conference since only registered participants can access the conference.
Certificates
Certificates of Attendance and Presentation will be sent to each participant after the conference.
Meals and breaks
During the coffee breaks, several refreshments will be served.
The lunch will be provided at the venue, where several options, including vegan and vegetarian alternatives, will be offered at the buffe. The conference dinner will be at Scandic Havet Hotel.
Social activities
The Ice Breaker will be on Day 1 at 18:00h in the venue, which is included in the registration fee.
The conference dinner will be on Day 2 at 18:00h. Further information regarding the dinner will be announced soon. The conference dinner is not included in the registration fee.
